2. Age Requirements
Our Services are intended for users aged 13 and older worldwide, and 16 and older in the European Economic Area (EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below these ages. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child below the applicable age threshold, please contact us at privacy@jikugames.com and we will delete it promptly.

3.1 Data You Provide
When you contact our support team through the in-app support feature, we automatically collect the following technical data to help resolve your issue efficiently:
- Device model and operating system version
- App version
- Device language and region settings
- Any message content you submit
You are always informed of this collection at the point of submission.
3.2 Data Collected Automatically
When you use our Services, we and our technology partners automatically collect certain data:
- Device identifiers: Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS with your consent, GAID on Android), device model, OS version
- Usage data: Session duration, features used, in-game actions, progression events
- Performance data: Crash reports, error logs, app stability metrics
- Purchase data: In-app purchase receipts and subscription status (processed by Apple or Google; we do not receive your payment card details)
- Attribution data: Installation source and campaign identifiers for measuring marketing effectiveness
3.3 Data We Do Not Collect
We do not require account registration. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other directly identifying information unless you voluntarily provide it when contacting support.

11. Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
On iOS 14.5 and later, we request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing your device's advertising identifier (IDFA). If you decline, we will not use your IDFA for advertising or attribution purposes. You may change your preference at any time in your device Settings under Privacy & Security → Tracking.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
