1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile games, applications, and related services (collectively, "Services") provided by JIKU LTD ("JIKU", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of Cyprus with registered office at Suite 4, 8 Kennedy Avenue, Office 102, 1087, Nicosia, Cyprus.
By downloading, installing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
These Terms apply to all current and future JIKU games and applications available on iOS and Android.
2. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for users aged 13 and older worldwide, and 16 and older in the European Economic Area (EEA). By using our Services, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement. If you are under the applicable age, you may only use our Services with the verified consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
3. License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, JIKU grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
This license does not include the right to:
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Services
- Create derivative works based on our Services
- Copy, distribute, sell, resell, or sublicense our Services or any content therein
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use our Services for any commercial purpose without our express written consent
4. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases
4.1 Virtual Currency and Items
Some of our Services may include virtual currency (such as coins or gems) and virtual items (such as artwork, cosmetics, or power-ups) that can be earned through gameplay or purchased with real money. Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts or users.
4.2 Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as provided in the applicable platform's refund policy.
4.3 Subscriptions
Where our Services offer auto-renewing subscriptions, your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings. We do not process subscription cancellations directly.
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change the prices of in-app purchases and subscriptions at any time. Price changes for active subscriptions will be communicated in advance in accordance with applicable platform policies.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use our Services to:
- Cheat, use exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Services, servers, or networks
- Engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely claim affiliation with any person or entity
- Collect or harvest data about other users without their consent
JIKU reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms, without notice and at our sole discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Services - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game mechanics, code, and software - are the exclusive property of JIKU LTD or its licensors and are protected by Cyprus, EU, and international intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Your use of our Services does not grant you ownership of any content or virtual items.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that defects will be corrected or that our Services will meet your requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JIKU LTD, its directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our Services
- Any conduct or content of third parties within our Services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data
- Loss of virtual items or virtual currency
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Service Modifications and Termination
JIKU reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our Services (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
Our Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, or platforms (including Apple App Store, Google Play, and our analytics and monetization providers). These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party service.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using our Services.
